1st - 10th October 2021
Calne Music and Arts Festival (CMAF) is a community celebration of music and the arts, which takes place during a ten-day period at the beginning of October each year.
The Festival aims not only to provide entertainment for the people of Calne and surrounding villages, but also to promote local musical and artistic talent.
The Festival was inaugurated in 1974 and has grown substantially over the years, showcasing some exceptional talent, whilst reaching a wide cross section of the community.
Calne Music and Arts Festival Bursary
Talia Spencer, a Year 13 student at Kingsbury Green Academy, has been awarded the annual Bursary, by Calne Music and Arts Festival and it’s main sponsor, Chilvester Financial.
Tania is an art student, specialising in photography, and is hoping to spend her bursary money on an SLR digital camera. At present she has to do all her photography on her phone.
Seen here in the photo are Andy Totman of Chilvester Financial, Carole Browne, President of Calne Music and Arts Festival and Talia’s art teacher.

Participation in the Open Exhibition is truly inclusive and 'open' with work only being refused if it does not meet the entry criteria. This is a great opportunity to showcase your work or buy a unique piece of artwork in a beautiful setting.
